CHC is extremely grateful for all of our wonderful supporters and we are always looking for more people to partner with in the important work we do in the community. Our supporters help us maintain the same level of excellence in care as well as help position us to grow, add services, and dynamically address the many problems that we and our patients face when it comes to accessing health care.

One-time or Monthly Giving

We offer our partners the option to give either as a one time gift or on a monthly basis. Montly giving allows CHC to build a sustainable funding source for our programs, and provides us and our patients with stability as we work through the year. We encourage our partners to give in whatever amount and at whatever frequency is best for them.
